Access to the service: The Cyclograde site is free to access. The publisher reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the service at any time, without notice or compensation. User account: Signing up requires a valid email address and a username. Keeping the login credentials confidential is the responsibility of the user. Personal use: Cyclograde is intended for strictly personal, non-commercial use. Any commercial use, resale or integration into a third-party service is prohibited without the prior written agreement of the publisher. Uploaded data: Imported GPX files are processed and stored in filtered form (time, geographic coordinates and elevation only). Any other data contained in the original file is deleted. This data is used solely to generate profiles and is never passed on to third parties. Limitation of liability: The profiles generated by Cyclograde (time estimates, identification of cols and climbs, waypoints) are provided for guidance only. The publisher does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of the elevation calculations and the time estimates, which depend on the quality of the GPS data supplied. The publisher cannot be held liable for an error in the generated data, nor for the consequences of using it during a ride. The user remains solely responsible for their own safety out on the road. Deleting the account: The account can be deleted at any time from the personal area. Doing so permanently erases all the associated data: email, username, GPX tracks and generated profiles. Changes to the terms of use: The publisher reserves the right to modify these terms of use at any time. Users will be informed by email or by an explicit message on the site in the event of a substantial change.
Governing law: These terms of use are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts have sole jurisdiction.
